What payments options are available for real money play?
Depending on where you are located, Dr.Gambler may offer various ways of making a deposit that real players can use to purchase credits for their real account. You can buy credits by simply making a phone call on a specific phone number (currently available for the Netherlands and Belgium). The procedure is simple while all necessary instructions are available directly within the gaming environment.
Alternatively, you can fund your account with your credit card.

What information should I provide when making a deposit?
When registering a real account and/or making a deposit with your credit card, you're asked for the following information:

Personal information:

• First/Last Name;
• Address;
• City;
• State or province;
• Postal code;
• Country;
• Phone & Email.

Financial information:

• Credit Card Type;
• CC number;
• Name on credit card;
• Expiration date;
• CVV code.

You must be in possession of the actual credit card to make a deposit?
We strongly recommend the cardholder to print out all transaction data in order to avoid misconceptions and discussions at a later time and keep them at an easily accessible place.

What other transaction-related information I should be aware of?

• Either Visa or MasterCard is accepted for making deposits;
• Dr.Gambler transactions will appear on your banking statement as "www.drgambler.com";
• Your credit card will be billed immediately after making a deposit;
• All depositions will be effected immediately;
• After a deposit, the customer will be able to play immediately;
• Dr.Gambler transactions are in European currency (EURO).

Refunds and Cancellations
If you are completely unsatisfied with the service you have received, we will consider your case and refund your deposit amount as long as your claim is valid and reasonable and before the deposit amount is placed in bets which are judged by the results. If you made a deposit to your account via a credit card, we will attempt to credit refunds back to your credit card to the extent allowed by our credit card processing companies.

Why some of my credit card purchases are being rejected?
Some financial institutions don't give their cardholders the opportunity to make purchases for online gaming transactions.
